Create your account

An On Deck account is free. You need one to follow teams and to see upcoming performance times.

Accounts are for adults

On Deck accounts are 18+. A parent or guardian creates the account and follows their athlete’s teams from there.

Sign up

1. Open the app. At the top right, tap Sign in.
2. The sign-in screen has two tabs at the top. Tap Create account.
3. Fill in your First name, Last name, Email, Password (at least 6 characters), and Confirm password.
4. Check the box that reads I’m 18 or older and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The two links open the documents if you want to read them first.
5. Tap Create account.

Confirm your email

After you tap Create account, you see a Check your email screen that says We sent your confirmation link.

1. Open your email and find the message from On Deck.
2. Click the confirmation link. It opens On Deck’s sign-in screen.
3. Sign in with your email and the password you just chose.

Can’t find the email? Check your spam or junk folder, then go back to the app and tap Resend confirmation. The screen will say We re-sent your confirmation link.

If the app says your email is already registered

You already have an account with that address. Tap Sign in on that screen and use your existing password. Forgot it? On the sign-in screen, type your email, then tap Forgot password?. You will see Password reset email sent! Check your inbox. The link in that email lets you set a new password.

Agreeing to the Terms

New accounts agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy with the checkbox at sign-up, and that is it.

If you created your account before October 15, 2026, the next time you open the app you will see a card titled Please review our Terms. Check the box, then tap Agree and continue. The card closes and you are back where you were, with your plan, teams, and follows unchanged. If you are busy, Not now (offered once) hides it for up to 7 days.
